Shipments are only carried out during business days and the remaining days are not counted for delivery times.

Orders placed for products with availability status "Per Consultation" are subject to extended delivery times and once confirmed / paid cannot be canceled. These items are normally required especially to satisfy the order that requests them.
Upon receipt of the goods, the customer must proceed to check the good condition of the packaging. If you find any defect as a result of transport, you must refuse delivery.
All items received must be checked within a maximum period of one business day and if any damage is found, it must be reported to the Virtual Button immediately, so that the claim can be made with the transport company and thus be able to activate the transport insurance.
In these situations, you must collect all the information requested by our employees, namely photographs of the damage and the shipping label, you must not discard any packaging, wrapping or material that accompanies the order.
